Here at the Cassena, we like to have the infrared Sauna heated up to 130* or lower when you arrive so that you go into the warm meditation chamber for as long as you are comfortable before your massage session, anywhere from 10 to 30 minutes. The rays of the infrared actually penetrate your muscles and prepares them to receive the massage so that the therapy can be more effective and long lasting.

Burns Calories And Controls Weight Loss

One 30-minute session in a SunDialSauna burns as many calories as 60 minutes of swimming or jogging. A SunDialSauna is an unsurpassed expeller of toxins that are directly related to metabolic imbalances in the body, causing poor digestion and weight gain. Medical evidence suggests that in many cases, effective weight loss cannot occur until these toxins are removed first. For physical activity, consider walking, jogging, cycling, swimming or tennis. Such activities will not only help you to lose the excess weight, but will also develop your muscle tone and conditioning.
